AFC Extended Customer Relief Program
AFC is dedicated to helping our customers not only during times of growth but also through challenging times. The AFC Extended Customer Relief Program is designed to provide continued support to customers who may experience longer turn-times on units floored prior to COVID-19 due to slower phased-in market openings.

|The AFC Extended Customer Relief Program allows qualified dealers to extend current floorplans for vehicles floored on or before March 18, 2020. The deferment of curtailment payments includes principal, fees, and interest. |
|How to Take Advantage of the Program* |
Log on to AFCDealer.com® or AFC On the Go mobile app to make a curtailment (no change from how this is currently done). As long as the both the dealer and the vehicle that is being curtailed are eligible for the AFC Extended Customer Relief Program, the principal curtailment will automatically populate as $0. During the curtailment period, fees and interest will accumulate and be payable per the dealer’s contracted terms after June 30, 2020 or if the vehicle is sold.
After curtailments are scheduled, receipt(s) of the payments will be sent to the email address associated with the AFC Dealer account and will show zero dollars paid on the qualifying vehicles.

If a dealer qualifies for the AFC Extended Customer Relief Program but would prefer to make regular curtailment payments per their contract terms, they can opt-out of the Program by contacting their local AFC branch.
